Stock of Gordonii is decreasing rapidly

The increasing request for the pharmaceutical industry for Hoodia gordonii is decreasing stocks rapidly. Only a few reputable dealers are keen on lasting collection. Hoodia gordonii is in South Africa under protection. Hoodia was set in 2004 as an internationally protected species. Therefore all plants, parts and derivatives (for example, pharmaceutical products / Supplements) are allowed to be traded only when a nature-friendly growing is demonstrated. Violations of these directions can lead to criminal proceedings. In the trade of Hoodia Gordonii the dealer and the customer have to prove that the supplement or the plant has come under this agreement into the country.
